The founder of our firm, attorney Robert Linton used to represent insurance companies, doctors, hospitals and Fortune 500 companies and defend injury and death cases like those he now brings. We can now use this experience to the benefit of our clients in their cases. He was trained by some of the best on how to investigate, litigate and negotiate cases. In fact, many of our cases come from referrals from other attorneys who respect our skills and reputation. We have the knowledge, skills and experience it takes to make our firm a leader in personal injury and wrongful death advocacy in Cleveland, northeastern Ohio and throughout Ohio. We are well known and well respected in our community and in our profession. That way if specialized expertise or resources are needed, we know how to put together a winning team of legal specialists to assist us in representing our clients at no additional charge.
Our firm is comprised of the following attorney members:
Robert F. Linton, Jr. has been a trial attorney since 1984. Bob is a former partner in one of Cleveland's premier defense firms, where he defended local hospitals, Fortune 500 companies, and insurance companies in wrongful death and personal injury cases. But he found his calling after he switched sides and left to start his own firm more than 25 years ago, to represent people harmed or killed by wrongful conduct.
We also offer the services of a dedicated staff and a team of professionals we call upon for additional assistance in our personal injury cases. Our legal assistant Robin Zingales has been an important part of our team for over 20 years - with thirty years of experience in wrongful death and severe injury cases. She consistently gets the highest marks from our clients for her professionalism, dedication and helpfulness in meeting their needs.
